Getting help
Use Send Feedback in HalloVelo’s Settings or map menu. The app prepares an email with the relevant context and can attach previewable route diagnostics and a screenshot or photo. You can exclude the diagnostics before sending. For a general question, you can also email the address above directly. Please do not send sensitive personal information you do not want included in the request.
Privacy
Questions about your information or requests for access, correction or deletion can be sent to the same email address. Read the HalloVelo Privacy Policy.
Safety
Routes, surfaces, closures and elevation data can be incomplete or outdated. Always follow local traffic rules and assess current road, trail and weather conditions yourself.
